Steve Chellis                     small towns burn a little slower is a new collection by bluetan, a Brooklyn-based art collective. The four members work in an array of mediums exploring the human condition through photography, paintings, installation and mixed media works. Bluetan consists of four artists with four different styles and sets of experiences yet the work flows together with familiar transcendental qualities.
